Opening day, as we all know by now weather wise was dreadful, and we could not have wished for worse conditions to kick of the exhibition.

However it was not all doom and gloom as today’s Stewards Richard & Judy Green reported 3 painting sales.

Congratulations go to Ian Ridley for his framed painting ‘Misty Morning’, and to Graham Blaine and Ennis Burnett for unframed paintings ‘Into Dark Wood’ & ‘Barges at Pin Mill’ respectively.

Let us hope for better weather tomorrow an. More sales of course.

The footfall today was not to bad considering with 92 visitors viewing the exhibition.
