About the artist:

Ann originally trained as a Design Engineer and latterly as a Graphic Design Engineer in the Motorsports Industry.

Whilst raising her family and working by day, Ann painted at night, exhibited regularly and in 1994 she successfully held her first one woman show.

Since turning professional as a Fine Artist 15 years ago, she has never looked back!

She has exhibited and demonstrated at Olympia, Art Live at the NEC, The Artist & Illustrators Show, Islington, Trentham Contemporary Fine Art Fair, Patchings, taught on board cruise liners and runs her own fine art teaching company.

In 2007 she was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art and now spends her time between teaching privately and painting from her studio in Staffordshire.

She works in all media and subjects, but her first love, is for the spontaneity and delicacy of watercolour.

Ann has work in private collections in the UK and abroad.
